What does it feel like to be liked? I include a personal experience in this narrative.

I like you. How does it feel when someone tells you this? How often do you say these words to another? Years ago I saw a video from Matt Kahn talking about this phase. I can’t find the video anymore, but he had this whole talk about the three-word phrase people most want to hear. It is not “I love you,” although that is up there. It is “I like you.” That is how I remembered the video, whether he said this exactly or not.
