I offer essence consultations via Zoom or telephone. You can see examples of essence work here; and you can read about the benefits of consulting an essence practitioner at the end of this page. Each session is unique; it revolves around you and your current needs. We discuss challenges you face and support you desire. We talk about the overarching theme of your custom essence formula and the direction it will take.
An essence formula is generally a combination of flower, gem, and environmental essences. Each type of essence supports a different aspect of your being; and every single one of them supports your path. Starting an essence formula is akin to starting a new chapter in your life story. Essences guide you forward and have the ability to usher in newness and excitement for your journey. Essences will often lend you their vision, which allows for new perspectives to enter into your awareness. These helpers from the formless realm do all of this while providing space for you to deepen your relationship with yourself.

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS
Each flower essence consultation lasts 45 minutes. In this session, we go over various aspects of your life, as well as the shifts you’d like support in.
- Consultation cost: $125
- The cost includes a personalized essence formula + shipping of formula to an address in the United States. International orders will have an additional charge.
- You will be given direction on how to take and work with essences.
- Individual sessions include a check-in a few weeks after the original consultation.
- Follow-up sessions are scheduled on an as-needed basis, which varies for each client.
FLOWER ESSENCE JOURNEYS
These are flower essence programs in which we delve into a specific theme over a period of about 10-15 weeks. Each journey is comprised of either 3 or 4 sessions; you will be given a customized formula after each consultation.

ESSENCES + RUNES
I work with the runes, an ancient set of symbols that represent forces and elements in nature. People use the runes for divination, as well as to call forth energies contained within the symbols. When I put a rune (or combination of runes called a bindrune) on an essence bottle, I intentionally invoke the energies behind the symbol(s) to be part of the vibrational mix. I have witnessed powerful shifts with the essence/rune combination. My practice is to infuse runic energy into essence formulas; however, I check with each person if they feel okay to work with the runes.
BENEFITS OF A FLOWER ESSENCE CONSULTATION
Edward Bach (founder and creator of the first flower essence line – Bach Flower Remedies) saw essences as belonging to the people. He imagined a set of his essences being part of each person’s household to help navigate emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges. You do not need to go to another to work with essences. However, it can be very beneficial to do so. On a very practical level, practitioners have a great number of essences at their disposal, have experience in using many of these essences, and offer guidance on how to work with them. A greater benefit of seeing a practitioner is they are there to hold space and support you in ways that can lead to deeper transformation. An outside person is able to offer neutral feedback and a different perspective of situations in your life.
I provide space for you to be witnessed and space that is free of judgment. It is part of my calling to support and lend kindness to others, as well as to help show other ways to be and experience life. This is where essences come in. Essences provide support for life challenges and stress. They do not remove stressors from your life, but inspire other ways to perceive and interact with them. Essences help when you are in a transition, when you feel blocked, when you are at a crossroads, and when you want to shift emotions or patterns in your life. They whisper messages that help awaken who you really are at a soul level. It is my work as a practitioner to facilitate this process and connect you to these guides.
